We are an appointment-only salon, and we do not double-book. We give 100% to our clients.

 

Cancellation policy: We require a card on file for all new clients at the time of booking and a nonrefundable deposit for all extension clients. For clients canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% deposit of the service price is required. In the case of no call/no show - clients will not be allowed to rebook. As a courtesy, we send text and/or email confirmations before each appointment. We appreciate clients respecting the time reserved for their services. Our cancellation policy aims to maintain fairness for both our stylists and clients. It ensures that appointments run smoothly and clients can receive the exceptional service they deserve.
